Orders can be cancelled by either the Storefront or Supplier at any point prior to order fulfillment. We recommend offering this as an option in exception scenarios, such as when the Supplier is taking longer than expected to fulfill the item, rather than a buyer’s remorse scenario.

When the Supplier processes a cancellation, all transactions associated to the particular line item will be reversed and the order will be refunded.

When the Storefront processes the cancellation, the corresponding Supplier order will be canceled as well.
