Within the Canal app, Storefronts can email Suppliers directly. Look for the "Contact Supplier" button on any Suppliers' profile, from Discover or My Suppliers. This button has an option between 2 emails to contact:

  • Primary contact: reach out about partnership details, co-marketing, suggested products, and more.

  • Customer service contact: reach out about product inventory, delayed orders, returns, and more.

The Supplier can reply directly to the email and it will be routed to the email address linked with your Storefront profile.
